La PERGOLA Srl, as the Data Controller (hereinafter also referred to as the "Controller"), pursuant to and for the purposes of EU Regulation no. 2016/679 (hereinafter, "GDPR"), provides you with some information regarding the processing of personal data collected during the booking of a table at the Ristorante Nove (hereinafter also simply referred to as the Restaurant).
Processed Personal Data and Data Sources
In the context of booking activities at the Restaurant, the Controller processes personal identification and contact data (e.g., name, surname, email address, and mobile phone number) of the person making the booking, as well as any other information provided in the free text field where you can specify special requests or indicate any allergies and/or intolerances.
All these data are provided directly by the person making the booking.
With reference to the "Notes" field, by indicating information related to your health condition such as intolerance, the Controller will process special categories of data for which your consent will be requested.
Purpose, Legal Basis of Processing, and Nature of the Provision
Your data will be processed for the following purposes:
Booking management.
The legal basis for the processing is the execution of contractual obligations pursuant to Art. 6, par. 1, lett. b), of the GDPR. Providing personal data is mandatory for the completion of the booking, and failure to provide the data will make it impossible to carry out the table booking.
Defense of the Controller's rights in judicial and extrajudicial proceedings.
The legal basis for the processing of data is the pursuit of legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6, par. 1, lett. f) GDPR, consisting in the protection of the Hotel's interests and rights. Providing personal data is mandatory for the completion of the booking, and failure to provide the data will make it impossible to carry out the table booking.
Management of any intolerances and allergies or other information regarding your health condition
The legal basis is consent. Through a specific box, you will be asked to authorize the processing of special categories of data.
You can request to object at any time, with a reasoned request to the Controller, to the processing of personal data based on legitimate interest, pursuant to and for the purposes of Art. 21 GDPR; your request, in this regard, will be subject to evaluation and response by the Controller.
Data Recipients
The data will be processed exclusively by the staff of La Pergola Srl specifically appointed for this purpose.
Data Retention Period
The data being processed are retained only for the time strictly necessary to carry out the above activities/purposes.
Data Transfer
Your data will not be transferred outside the EU.
Data Subject Rights
Data subjects have the right to obtain from the Controller, in the cases provided for, access to their personal data, rectification or erasure of the same, or limitation of the processing that concerns them, or to object to the processing (Articles 15 et seq. of the Regulation).
